Hardware?There was not change to the computer, it was only 1 year old at that time. No hardware installed. Any installed updates or installed software?.
No major third party apps installed. Actually only one software was installed immediately after I purchased it. I followed your instructions above. The mouse pad does not work. I checked 'Devices Manager', the option for either Mouse and Touch pad is notexisting. The problem I have is, in the link you sent, I did what it said, but the is no change to the Device Manager.
