Battery pack hold a good long charge, The camera has it's own picture correction software built in, and it takes Video. The video is in 480p and you can zoom, it does come out a little blurry for the video if you are looking for high definition. I would recommend this camera for the every day individual. I have actually bought 4 now. One for my wife, daughter, and 2 for me.

I took it to the mountains in denver and around 20 degrees the camera begins to malfunction, as long as you keep it warm it doeas fine, and there was no long lasting damage. Everything functioned as soon as it warmed back up. I bought mine new originally and a used one he re on ebay for my daughter.

Only things I would note is the dial wheel on top is loose but does not interfer with the operation of the camera. That same wheel is inclined to rotate while in my pocket, but I always check it before shooting a picture to assure it is in the righ place. The display reminds you which setting it is on anyway as a backup. The display screen is showing some minute scratches even though I haven't had it a week.

I will put the protectors on it that came with the camera. I don't like the lag time after taking a picture.

I like to take quick succession pictures and this does not allow that. I installed an 8 GB card (6) to combat that problem. It takes great pictures, it's 10.3mp but shoots at 10.1mp. Pictures are crystal clear, it is extremely easy to use, very very slim compact design with a massive screen, video capture is great and records in 480p high definition. The zoom feature is amazing!

The pictures are great quality even when zooming all the way in. I was on one side of my yard and my friend was about 20feet away and I used the zoom feature to capture a perfect face shot even from 20 feet away! I am highly impressed with this camera, if you're debating I highly recommend it!.
