I have just purchased a Canon DC10 Camera and I am trying to Download video's using a USB cable.When I use MyDVD for Canon it has saved it as a DVD file and then I can edit and save OKI then installed MyDVD 8 Premier because half the functions of MyDVD LE don't work without the upgrade which is a bit of a rip off.There is no device available for this media typeThis is a bunch of garbage how do I get my money backYou cannot download video files with USB with this program; it thinks it is a web camera. Canon modified the program to work with that camera. Use the original program or finalize the disc and put that into your computer and copy the video from that.Contact Roxio inside sales if you bought the download to get your money back (in less than 30 days).
